NST/AFI update....

I had my NST and AFI done yesterday afternoon. Everything looked good with the tests. Plenty of amniotic fluid, although a few contractions they are irregular, and baby Allen's heart beat looked good. It was a fairly good appointment all in all. Nine more days to go and we can safely deliver. It's getting closer and closer....

Baby Allen Update

Doctors appointment today went well. Little Allen is doing good. I am still having mild contractions occasionally but they seem to be Braxton Hicks or non productive.

Allen is still breach and doctor discussed the external version possibilities with me today. It will be 2 weeks before we will schedule the version and hopefully baby will turn on his own before then. Between now and then I will do exercises that the doctor suggested to help get this little guy to turn on his own.

Otherwise everything else looked good. Decent weight gain, nice low blood pressure, blood sugar levels within normal range... all in all a good and encouraging doctors appointment.
