Today we had our first weekly NST and AFI test. These tests are helping us know that despite the ongoing contractions that baby Allen is doing well.
NST showed a few contractions, but nothing major and it showed that Allen is doing really well despite them. The AFI test was very reassuring. Still plenty of amniootic fluid at levels expected for where we are.
When they did the AFI of course we got another look at Allen. We got to see his little heart and watch it beat. Also got another look at his little face and all the little body parts. How amazing technology is that we can SEE our babies before they get here
